We have completed the long-term testing for cell validation and characterization. We continue mileage accumulation testing for the Class 1. We are committed to American manufacturing, ensuring a reliable and secure domestic supply chain. In September 2023, Bollinger established capabilities for internal high-volume EV battery pack and module production with the purchase of assets from Romeo Power which included equipment, inventory, and intellectual property. Our state-of-the-art High Energy Facility in Fullerton, California is dedicated to EV battery development and is capable of producing 1 GWh/year.
